The hotel's position was excellent and stunning, near restaurants and bars, the old touristic area and the Poole Arms on the Quay. The staff were affable and pleasant during our stay.

We had a just perfect time staying at this hotel. Suite accommodated us perfectly. The staff where friendly and the atmosphere was quiet!

A wide range of great food at breakfast time. Magnificent location in the old part of town with views of the sea.

Its location was particularly good, short walk to ferry terminal, old town Poole and harbour, and town centre, cafes and restaurants/ old English pubs. Plus, it was about 5 minutes' drive to Ribble Steam Railway and Museum. The bedroom was decent size and spotless. A hair dryer, central heating system, and an iron were appreciated.

We had a perfect time. The suite was spotless with shared bathroom and the location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and lovely all the time.

Exceptionally friendly hotel, stayed here for 1 night and had an enjoyable experience. Magnificent location, Bournemouth airport was 25 km away. It was across the local area. Amiable stuff created a quiet atmosphere.

It was a great and incredible location so close to Poole in the future, and Poole Quay where there are loads of choices of restaurants and bars within a short walk.

The location is perfect and quiet, at a medium distance from Sea Music Sculpture. 25 minutes drive to the airport, it is located very close to the ferry terminal. Everyone is amicable and pleasant and host too.

We loved the hotel - it met expectation. Everything was fine, including friendly and pleasant staff. The location so close to everything around the The Quay side was absolutely perfect and surprisingly quiet for us. It was also adjacent to good pubs and restaurants, Old Town, and the ferry terminal. The food was fabulous - a wide array of options.

When we visit Poole, like staying here. This hotel has magnificent location to the early morning ferry. You can relax at Portsmouth Hoy, located nearby.
